These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all purchases and use of dxw3 plugins (“Products”). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any Product, you agree to these Terms.
1. Licensing, software license and usage
- Each purchase grants access to an official dxw3 license for the number of websites defined at checkout or on the product page.
- A license includes 12 months of official downloads, updates and support from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
- Development and staging sites for the same project may be used for testing, provided the Product is not used as a separate live production installation.
- After 12 months you can renew the license to continue receiving official downloads, updates and support.
- Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the plugin code already installed may continue to run after the license expires, but official downloads, updates, license-key activation and support will stop until the license is renewed.
- Some Products may depend on license-key services, hosted services, or subscription-controlled features. If this applies, it will be stated on the product page, and those services or features may stop working if the license is not renewed.
- The PHP plugin code is distributed under a GPL-compatible license in line with WordPress licensing. Your purchase from dxw3 is for access to official downloads, updates, license-key services, documentation and support.
- You may not share, publish, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute your license key, customer account, download access, update access, or support access.
2. Payments and renewals
- Payments are processed through WooPayments or another payment method shown at checkout.
- Renewal is optional and can be canceled at any time before the renewal date.
- Prices, license terms and included features may vary by Product and license type. The product page and checkout information define what is included in the purchase.
3. Refunds
- dxw3 offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.
- After a refund, the official license will be deactivated and access to official downloads, updates, license-key services and support will stop.

4. Support
- Support includes reasonable assistance with installation, configuration, commissioning and troubleshooting of the Product.
- Support is available only to customers with an active license purchased from dxw3 or another sales channel explicitly authorised by dxw3.
- Support does not include custom development, custom design, custom feature requests, full site debugging, server administration, performance tuning outside the Product, or fixing third-party themes and plugins.
- If a problem is caused by a theme, another plugin, server configuration, product-card rendering, wishlist fragments, analytics scripts, or other functionality outside the Product, dxw3 may help identify the issue, but fixing it is separate work unless otherwise agreed.
5. Brand and trademark use
The names “dxw3”, “dxw3 Quick Search Pro”, “Quick Search Pro”, the dxw3 logo, product screenshots, website copy, documentation and other brand assets are owned by dxw3.
- You may not use dxw3 names, logos or brand assets in a way that suggests that your website, product, service or distribution is official, authorised, endorsed by, or affiliated with dxw3 unless you have written permission from dxw3.
- You may not resell, redistribute, advertise or package a Product using dxw3 branding in a way that may confuse customers about the origin of the Product, support, updates, license-key services or official downloads.
- Modified or redistributed versions must not be presented as official dxw3 Products. If you distribute a modified version, you must clearly state that it has been modified and that it is not provided, supported or endorsed by dxw3.
- You may not copy dxw3 website text, product descriptions, screenshots, documentation, logos or other non-code materials for misleading resale or distribution pages.
6. Third-party copies
Copies obtained from third-party websites are not eligible for dxw3 support, official updates, license-key activation, customer downloads or warranty.
- Only purchases made through dx-w3.com or another sales channel explicitly authorised by dxw3 include official support and update access.
- Third-party distributors may not claim to provide official dxw3 support, official dxw3 updates, official dxw3 license keys or official dxw3 customer downloads unless they have written authorisation from dxw3.
7. Limitation of liability
- Products are provided “as is.” dxw3 does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, compatibility with every theme, plugin, hosting environment or custom implementation.
- dxw3 is not liable for any loss, damage, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profits, or business interruption resulting from the use of our Products.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the Product.
8. Termination
- dxw3 may terminate or disable license-key access, updates, downloads and support if a license is used in violation of these Terms, including license-key sharing, account abuse, payment fraud, misuse of dxw3 branding, or misleading resale of official dxw3 services.
- Upon termination, the official license, update access, download access and support access may be disabled.
- Termination of official dxw3 services does not limit any rights you may have under the open-source software license applicable to the plugin code itself.
9. Governing framework
These Terms are governed by applicable Spanish and EU consumer and digital product regulations, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in another jurisdiction apply.
