These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all purchases and use of dxw3 plugins (“Products”). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any Product, you agree to these Terms.
1. Licensing and Usage
- Each purchase grants a license to use the Product on the number of websites defined at checkout.
- A license includes 12 months of updates and support from the date of purchase.
- After 12 months you can renew the license to receive updates and support. Depending on the type of the license mentioned on the product page
- the plugin works, but updates and support will stop, if the license is not renewed.

- You may not share, sublicense, or redistribute the license or Product.
2. Payments and renewals
- Payments are processed through WooPayments.
- Renewal is optional and can be canceled at any time before the renewal date.
3. Refunds
- dxw3 offers 30-day money-back guarantee.
- After the refund, the license will be deactivated and the Product may no longer be used.

4. Support
- Support includes assistance with installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Support does not include custom development, custom design, or custom feature requests.
5. Limitation of liability
- Products are provided “as is.” dxw3 is not liable for any loss, damage, or business interruption resulting from the use of our Products.
- Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product.
6. Termination
- dxw3 may terminate a license if it is used in violation of these Terms (e.g., piracy, sharing a license key).
- Upon termination, the license will be disabled.
7. Governing Framework
These Terms are governed by applicable EU consumer and digital product regulations.
