How does the refund work?
- The right to a refund is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
- You can submit a refund request by email or through the support form.
- Please provide the email address or license key used at the time of purchase.
- After an approved refund, the license will be invalidated and the add-on can no longer be used.
Refund processing
The refund will be initiated immediately after your request is approved. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 2–20 days for the refunded amount to appear on your account.
Refund limitations
- Refunds apply only to purchases made directly through the dxw3 website.
- Bundle purchases that include third-party products may only be refunded for the dxw3 portion.
- Customization, installation, and development services are not eligible for refunds.
- No refund will be granted if the product has been used in violation of the license terms (e.g., sharing the license key).
