The right to a refund is valid for 30 days. If it has been 30 days since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund.
If you decide you don't want to use the extra part, you'll get a full refund if you let us know within the first 30 days of purchase. A reason for cancellation is welcome but not required. You can also report a cancellation without an explanation.
The reference of the purchase must be sent by email or with a support form , where the e-mail address used in connection with the purchase or the license key received are indicated. After cancellation, the license key will not work.
Refund process
After submitting your cancellation request, a refund will be initiated immediately and every effort will be made to process it as quickly as possible. However, your financial institution may take up to 20 days before the refund appears on your bank account and card.
Refunds related to add-on package
dxw3 can only refund purchases made through the dxw3 website. If you decide to buy a package including a dxw3 product and a partner product, it is possible that it is not possible to refund the purchase. You may be able to get a refund from our partner according to their terms. If the dxw3 partner refunds the product you bought from our partner, the license of the dxw3 product will be cancelled.
